Medical Devices.

   We are able to design all types of equipment to help in the manufacture and packaging of medical devices.

   Our most recent machine was designed to operate in a Clean Room environment. The machine was designed to perforate pre-sealed blister packs automatically giving five tear strips to each pack. The machine can also print labels reel to reel including bar-codes and, if required, print blister backing paper and card prior to sealing, with all types of text and graphics.
   The operator simply selects the program required, places the component onto the jig and presses the button. The jig will then go to the appropriate station, perform the programmed procedure and then move to the end of the machine where a pick & place unit will pick up the component and place it on a conveyor.
